Product information

Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to depict Products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the Site, the detailing (such as colour, pattern and texture, etc.) you see on-screen will depend on your monitor and, as such, may not exactly reflect the actual detailing of a Product when you receive it.

Any information on the Site regarding sizing of Products is included as a guide only. If you are in any doubt as to the size of any Product you require, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing an order at: shop@acephalafashion.com

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your returned item must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the location within 14 days.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:

Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines,
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate goods,
  • And products that have been personalised or made to your own bespoke specifications unless such Products were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered,
  • Gift cards

Returned products must be in their original packaging.

Refunds

We usually accept returns within 2 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our card operator will reimburse you immediately after the return acceptance confirmation email has been sent. Depending on the bank's processing time and/or Credit/Debit Card Issuer, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.

Przelewy24: Our transfer operator will reimburse you immediately after the return acceptance confirmation email has been sent. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.

Direct Transfer: Our Bank will reimburse you within next working day of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your customer’s bank account.
